Driving Electric
Working as part of the backend engineering team to deliver the new site launch using Drupal 8, extending the Thunder distribution with highly configurable reusable modules to manage meta tags, GTM data layer, ad targeting, consent management and cache friendly taxonomy selectors. We also introduced Varnish cache tag invalidation to allow for longer TTL, fresher content and increased cache hit rate.
Worked closely with the product team to help with planning and produced the technical design documention giving overall guidance to the architecture of the project.
